JEECUP Counselling 2022 – Check JEECUP 2022-2023 and Previous Year Important Dates of Counselling

Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh is conducting the JEECUP Counselling process to fill polytechnic seats in Uttar Pradesh. JEECUP Counselling started after the declaration of JEECUP Result 2022. The counselling process will be complete in three rounds. The candidates who appear in the examination of JEECUP 2022 (Polytechnic 2022) will be eligible for counselling. The counselling process includes registration, Choice Filling (Institute Name, Branch Name and Course Details), Seat Allotment, Fee deposition and Reporting at the Institution for Verification of Document. After document verification candidates are eligible to take admission to the allotted Institute.

It is important that a candidate must first register for the Counselling of JEECUP 2022. After registration candidates can fill in their personal details, choose Institute name (JEECUP College List), and Loc their choice filling. JEECUP 2022 Seat Allotment

After the success of Choice filling and Choice locking the council has started the Seat Allotment process. The seat allotment process will be done in three rounds. In-seat allotment process the candidates have to enter the Roll Number and Password.

How to check UPJEE 2022 Seat Allotment Result

The candidates can check their JEECUP Counselling Result simply from the following instruction given below.

• Click on the official website of JEECUP 2022.
• Click on the Sign In button and fill in all the details and submit.
• On submitting the details the candidates will be able to view their Seat Allotment Result 2022.

JEECUP Counselling 2022

The registration for JEECUP 2022 Counselling can only be done online, from the official website – jeecup.nic.in. To register online, the candidates have to provide details such as their JEECUP roll number, form number, name, and date of birth. Once the registration is complete the candidates have to pay the required amount of the registration fee in online mode. After submitting the registration fee the candidates have to fill the choice of Institute wise / Branch wise. 

Counselling Registration Fee

Candidates have to pay an amount of Rs. 250/- by Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.

JEECUP 2022 Counselling Procedure

There are some steps for JEECUP Counselling that are mentioned below.

Online Registration

First, the candidates can register themselves online mode from the official website of JEECUP. Then candidates can log in by using the Application Number & Password. The payment of the counselling fee will be required to complete the registration process.

Choice Filling

The choice – filling can be done online through the official website of www.jeecup.org 

The enrolment of the qualified candidates will be based on their choices, reservation, and State Open Rank of UP JEE (Polytechnic) 2022 through the counselling process.

Verification of Documents

The main purpose of the document verification is to cross-check the records regarding identification, age, qualifying examination, state eligibility, category and income of source, etc against the original documents submitted by the qualified candidates.
If an aspirant fails to produce any of the authentic documents at the time of the admission process, then he/ she would not be considered for admission under any circumstances.
The candidates who belong to the reserved category will be required to submit the caste certificates issued by the authority of Uttar Pradesh on the day of the Seat Allocation Process.

• Seat Allocation & Fee Deposition
• After the seats have been allotted, the candidates need to submit Rs. 3000 as the security fee to reserve the seat. Once you pay the security fee there will be two options of seat allotment.
• Freeze: In this process, the candidates who have been allotted seats can download the JEECUP allotment letter.
• Float: Under this option, you can upgrade & participate in the other rounds as per the previously filled choices. 
• Report at the Allotted College
• Those candidates who have completed the admission process will be required to report at the allotted college / Institute within the prescribed date and time.
