National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology
National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT),(erstwhile DOEACC Society), an Autonomous Scientific Society under the administrative control of Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MoE&IT), Government of India, was set up to carry out Human Resource Development and related activities in the area of Information, Electronics & Communications Technology (IECT). NIELIT is engaged both in Formal & Non-Formal Education in the area of IECT besides the development of industry oriented quality education and training programs in the state-of-the-art areas. NIELIT has endeavored to establish standards to be the country’s premier institution for Examination and Certification in the field of IECT. It is also one of the National Examination Body, which accredits institutes/organizations for conducting courses in IT in the non-formal sector.

नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स एंड इंफॉर्मेशन टेक्नोलॉजी (एनआईईएलआईटी), (पूर्व में डीओईएसीसी सोसायटी), एक स्वायत्त वैज्ञानिक सोसाइटी, जो भारत सरकार के इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय (एमओई और आईटी) के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण के तहत मानव संसाधन विकास करने के लिए स्थापित की गई थी और सूचना, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और संचार प्रौद्योगिकी (आईईसीटी) के क्षेत्र में संबंधित गतिविधियां। एनआईईएलआईटी आईईसीटी के क्षेत्र में औपचारिक और गैर-औपचारिक शिक्षा दोनों में शामिल है, इसके अलावा अत्याधुनिक क्षेत्रों में उद्योग उन्मुख गुणवत्ता शिक्षा और प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों के विकास। एनआईईएलआईटीआई ने आईईसीटी के क्षेत्र में परीक्षा और प्रमाणन के लिए देश की प्रमुख संस्था बनने के मानकों को स्थापित करने का प्रयास किया है। यह राष्ट्रीय परीक्षा निकाय में से एक है, जो गैर-औपचारिक क्षेत्र में आईटी में पाठ्यक्रम आयोजित करने के लिए संस्थानों / संगठनों को मान्यता देता है।
